Glance at Your Goals!

Morning darlings,

Hope you had an eventful but safe weekend! Since this new year has begun it’s been hard to focus on my goals and I know that I can longer blame winter break! I’m not much of a morning person until I make a pit stop to Starbucks but even before then I have completely forgotten my goals. The past year has flown by so quickly and now its a brand new year, a new page so this year I’m changing things up a bit. Instead of keeping my goals tucked away they will always be visible from now on beside my bed. This way I have no excuses not to be accountable to myself. Another idea for you visual learners like myself is to create a visualization board and yes it may sound a little cheesy but who cares?! You deserve to make the most of this and every year! I used to think they were silly and pointless but it’s actually very helpful to assign pictures to the goals you WILL accomplish.Once you create your own visual board this will help keep you motivated and excited for each day.

Fresh Start

Good Morning!

So as you can see I have moved my blog to a new site and will be continuing to post from this page permanently. I do realize I have been slacking in keeping up with the posts but I’m back! It’s a brand new year and I know for some you of that means new resolutions and new promises to yourself to make this year a better one. Well I’m not one to set resolutions because I feel like they end up being broken promises. So instead of listing all the things you mightdo this year just start fresh this year! It’s a clean slate and from now on you have the opportunity to make this year count and strive to really make it amazing by doing all the things you love! Make it the year of you! Do whatever makes you happy and surround yourself with great people. Yes I know that sounds so cliche but in all honesty it works! Negative Nellies never make good friends or good company. Finally, always remember to be thankful for everything and everyone in your life. I guess I’m just full of cliche’s this morning but you get the jist.

Morning dolls!

How was your NYE? Eventful and safe I hope! Today I’m finally back and ready to get into the swing of things again. So in spirit of the new year I am dedicating this post to all things organizational.

Personally, I totally support this because planning your week gives you a clear image of what you have to do and when plus this allows you to squeeze in some time for random activities. It saves so much time and reduces stress which is what we all want!
